Prototyping
We understand the value of prototyping during the product development process.
Prototypes are used to evaluate form, fit or function, and typically assist in both proving and refining a product design before a deeper tooling commitment is made. Whist adding cost during product development, the commercial benefits downstream can be invaluable. We draw on in-house capabilities, or tap into our network of industry contacts to assist with prototypes where required.

Our manufacturing process is founded on good process control of which tooling plays a central role.
Quality Control
Quality controls are embedded in our business processes and culture.
With each new product, we follow a strict Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), supported by ongoing quality control processes integrated into our production routines. Quality is central to our business though our ISO9001 certified Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System. We’re progressively implementing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) principles into the business to drive continuous improvement.
